1. What we collect

• No account needed. You can talk without signing up. In that case we don't collect any personal profile data.
• Account data. If you sign up, we store your email and, optionally, your gender and country to power matching and filters.
• Usage data. Basic data like daily-streak check-ins and limited technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment data. Handled entirely by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card details.

2. Your calls are never recorded

Voice calls connect peer-to-peer over WebRTC and are not recorded or stored by us. In-call text chat is ephemeral — it exists only for the duration of the call and is never saved.

3. How we use your data

• To match you with other users and apply Premium filters
• To maintain streaks, rewards, and your subscription
• To keep the Service safe — acting on reports and abuse
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers

We share limited data with trusted providers only as needed to run Random Talker:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Google — optional sign-in
• Razorpay & Stripe — subscription payments

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal profile data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or financial obligations.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and you can request a copy of it. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

8. Children

Random Talker is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please report it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
