At Random Talker, we strive to deliver an exceptional voice chat experience. This document outlines our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests for our Premium memberships.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, future automatic renewals are disabled.
- How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly through your profile settings page on the website.
- Access period: After cancelling, your Premium status remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since our Premium services are digital and delivered immediately upon checkout, we generally do not offer refunds, except in the following specific circumstances:
- Technical failures: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using your Premium benefits, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of being notified, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Accidental double billing: If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Legal requirements: Refunds will be issued if required by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@randomtalker.com. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the transaction
- The transaction/payment reference or receipt number
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved:
- Processing: We will process the refund immediately.
- Credit timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, this usually takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, chargeback abuse, or systemic misuse of our premium features.
