Welcome to Random Talker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Random Talker — an anonymous, random voice-chat service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Random Talker.
1. Eligibility
Random Talker is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Random Talker you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
2. The Service
Random Talker connects you with another user for a one-on-one, voice-only conversation. Calls are anonymous and are not recorded. You may skip or end any call at any time. Some features — such as gender and country filters and priority matching — require a Premium subscription.
3. Community guidelines & acceptable use
To keep Random Talker safe and welcoming, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or hate-speech another user
- Share sexual content or solicit it from others
- Spam, scam, advertise, or solicit money
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your age
- Record, redistribute, or attempt to de-anonymise a call
- Use the Service for anything illegal
Violations may result in an immediate end to your call, suspension, or a permanent ban. Logged-in users can report anyone in one tap, and we act on reports quickly.
4. Accounts
You can use Random Talker without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with a third-party provider such as Google.
5. Premium & payments
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly through our payment partners — Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Prices are shown for your region and may be subject to applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of other users. While calls are moderated, we cannot guarantee that every interaction will be appropriate. Use common sense and stay anonymous — never share personal, financial, or contact details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Talker and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or the community guidelines. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
