Match the color or number and be the first to empty your hand. Hit UNO! when you're down to one card.
Place your fleet, then take turns firing into each other's waters. Sink the whole fleet to win.
Stack the falling pieces and clear full lines. Against your call partner it's a two-minute race for the higher score.
Fill the 6×6 grid so every row, column and box holds 1–6. With your call partner you race on a shared board: +10 for a correct number, −5 for a wrong one.
The hardest part of talking to a stranger is the first minute. A game gives you both something to react to, so the conversation doesn't depend on finding a topic. If you're practicing English, a game is full of easy, natural things to say — "your turn", "nice move", "that's not fair" — without the pressure of a long answer. See our guide to practicing English with strangers.
